Physicians use Dr. Bill to manage their billing. If you have received an invoice from us on behalf of a physician, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
You did not provide your insurance information, or the information recorded was incorrect.
You had insurance in another province or from an alternate insurer.
You did not have coverage for the date of your visit.
How to pay your invoice
Pay your invoice easily through a secure online process. Go to drbill.freshbooks.com/code and enter the code shown at the bottom of your invoice:
